The fedex tracking data tells you what timezone the stamp is... so I figured an option to re-write ones that didn't match your timezone would be pretty trivial... (Or an option to re-write them to the destinations timezone/user specified timezone). I agree it would be a can of worms for tracking data that did not follow this convention. Here in North America, our packages cross timezones frequently. I suspect UPS and DHL timestamps are similar, though I haven't had a chance to see any yet... great job!
