please add support for Poste Italiane "Raccomandata 1"

follows a research form similar to the standard Raccomandata service already implemented in Posted. Not sure if it is already supported by using the standard "Raccomandata"

Hi, thanks - I dont *think* this will work as a raccomandata service (as it uses a different URL). I will add this to the todo list though.
