Parcels not Syncing or Updating?

Firstly I am running iOS 7.0.2 on my iPhone 5S.


Things that are not working:


  • Account Sync or Logging into it on the phone
  • Parcel Updates
I am getting timeout errors when I load/refresh the app.
Things that are working:
  • Adding Deliveries
  • Push Notifications
I am using UK Mail for all my parcel tracking if that makes a difference.
I have tried using the contact option in the app but not had a reply, I am desperate for a fix as I use the app daily at work. I have paid for the full version if this makes a difference.

i too tried the contact option in the app but no response :(
did you get the timeout error sorted? Using china post and singpost
total nightmare
