Hi,
I very much liked using posted to track my parcels, but the last weeks I discovered problems with a lot of time outs when trying to update the status.
Internet connection itself is always good.
What could be the prolem?

There are no known problems right now, are you able to let me know the tracking number(s) and postal companies you are using?

I assume you are seeing a red error message when you try to refresh? If so, please let me know what it says.

It could be caused by a number of things, but one thing to keep in mind is that this will happen if the website of the postal company is down or slow.. as Posted relies on this in order to work. One common culprit for this is China Post Registered, so if you have that type of parcel in the app - it is most likely caused by their website being down or slow.

The other possibility is that the postal company website has changed its website which will cause this type of issue.

Hi! Many ebayers use polexp.com with help in transfer they items from US to Russia. Tracking is available at the-tracking.com Please add this service in your app.

hi, i am a bit confused, I do have polar express on my todo list - but it was through http://polar.aimsdespatch.com/home_page.aspx . however, your tracking number does not work there?

I can see your parcel hasn't been updated very much by USPS... not since April 26th.


Unfortunately, I am the developer of the Posted application and am unable to give you any further information about your parcel - I just don't know any more than what you and I can see on the USPS website, sorry.


You will be best to get in contact with USPS directly to ask about your parcel - please use the https://www.usps.com/customer-service/customer-service.htm webpage to contact USPS.

estimated countdown on how many days until delivery on My deliveries page?

 I think many carriers do provide estimated delivery time on the web. Could you please let the app pull that information and calculate a countdown of days? and it will looks cook to display the number of days left as an overly icon over the truck icon.

This is already implemented in the paid version of the app - for a number of providers (Fedex, UPS etc). If there is a carrier which has the information on the estimated delivery date and you do not see the days countdown in the app, please let me know.

Blank screens

I have been using this app (paid) on an iPhone 4 (iOS 7) without problems for about 6 months, now. About 5 days ago, I started experiencing problems in the form of various blank screens when tapping buttons (e.g. About screen), and it fails to log into the account I have. All tracked items appear like question marks.

Any ideas on what could be the cause?

The app is fantastic and I think your selling yourself short, people do judge books by their covers where apps are concerned, and if it looked a bit slicker it could easily be a top 25 app
