I like to use the 'Automatic refresh of parcels', but it's a pain if you open Posted to add a new delivery, as you need to wait for it to finish 'Updating...' before you can 'Add Delivery'. It'd be nice to have a way to cancel the 'Updating...' process.

The next version of Posted will have a different way of indicating to you that it is updating information - and you will be able to interact with the parcels whilst it is updating (the way it is right now annoys me too). So this will help with the issue you have stated.

Hi, The Russian Post API is currently down affecting all user of the API. I expect this to be resolved by Monday, but I am reliant on Russian Post.

Color mark unread packages that have an updated

The packages that have a status update should be color marked or have a badge beside them saying the number of updates it got (i dont remember what i left every package at)

Export Data feature

I use this as part of my business to keep track of our shipments we send out. I now have a long list of packages entered into Posted and am sure it slows it down (since it might check for an update on all items on my list)

 

I would love to be able to speed it up by exporting all the data and then deleting them from the App.

Hi,


If the parcels are green (i.e. "Delivered") then it shoudln't slow the app down - provided you have not changed the "Refresh Delivered Parcels" option (in More > Preferences). 


By default, parcels which are green are not included in the update process so should not slow anything down.


I do have the ability to archive and export on my todo list. However, in the mean time you can also email yourself the details of each parcel fairly easily within the app. Tap the parcel and then the button in the top right corner - then choose the email/share option.

I just downloaded this app and added in a FedEx package delivery. When I go to look at the status, the app crashes and kicks me out.

Edit tracking number after creation

 Once an item has been added it would help to be able to edit the number if it is not quite correct.

 Hi, You already can edit an item after it has been entered.


1) Tap the parcel to view the details

2) Tap the arrow button in the top right corner

3) Tap the "Edit Details" button

4) Edit as required

5) Tap the save button


If I can make this more obvious in the app somehow, please let me know how.

Extend the number of characters visible in the title (iPad)

Extending the number of characters displayed in the title on the 'my deliveries' list would be great. The longer titles are currently truncated and not very usefull.

(Eg "Order #07974367965678..."). There is plenty of space, especially in landscape orientation.

Every time I open this app, it's frozen immediately, because it's updating itself.

I personally don't like it and I think this could be done in the background with a little gear spinning in the status bar or something like this - whatever - just please let me use the app.

View and Export Info by Date Range on Web App

Just an idea that will make my life a little easier and maybe other peoples too!


In the web app would it be possible to add a view by date range feature to view parcels within a certain date range? and also an export feature to either export all or by date range to a file that will open in excel, CSV maybe?

ThailandPost stopped working for quite a long time

ThailandPost has stopped working as the app says there is no information for a long time. I used the "Report to developers" feature in the app, but there has been no response.
